Burnt spruce
It is a cool, medium-dark gray with a subtle metallic sheen reminiscent of steel reflections. Medeksa Steel is a neutral yet expressive color that highlights the wood grain while giving the surface a slightly industrial feel, making it suitable for both interior and exterior use.

Wood species
Scandinavian Spruce (AB)
Surface treatment
Wood charring (Shou Sugi Ban technique), mechanical char brushing
Finishing
Coated twice with water-based wood oil, color: Medeksa Steel
The wood-graining process subtly highlights the natural texture of the wood, but in dark shades, such as Medeksa Steel, it is expressed more subtly. At the same time, such surfaces typically require less frequent maintenance compared to light, double-brushed colors (e.g., Medeksa Sand).
Due to lighting conditions during photography and display settings, the shade shown in the photos may differ from the actual product.
