To preserve the authentic texture and unique color, we recommend giving charred wood some care at least once a year – remove dust and dirt using a soft brush, a damp microfiber cloth, or by rinsing with water (without pressure). Avoid using strong cleaners, as they may damage the surface. Like fine wine, burnt wood matures with character, over time you may notice subtle changes in color, adding even more charm and authenticity to your project. If you wish to refresh the color, you can do so by reapplying oil to the surface.
